
Slow Cooker Potatoes, Green Beans, and Ham

Ingredients
- 8 red potatoes scrubbed and halved
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 lg. onion cut into eight wedges
- 2 c. cooked ham cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 c. chicken broth or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Place the halved potatoes, frozen green beans, onion wedges, diced ham, and chicken (or vegetable) broth into the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, until the potatoes are tender and flavors are blended.
