Have you ever opened a pack of wraps, eaten a couple and found the rest have gone a bit dry and hard? Instead of throwing them away, you can easily transform those stale wraps into crunchy tortilla chips.

Small wraps work best because they produce perfectly sized triangles for snacking. Coat them in a seasoned oil, air fry until golden, and serve warm with your favorite dip.

  1. Arrange the coated triangles in a single layer in your air fryer basket and cook at 180°C (350°F) for about 4 minutes, or until they’re golden and crisp. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

The chips are best enjoyed warm. Serve them with guacamole, salsa, hummus, or any dip you like, and add fresh veggies on the side for a balanced snack.
