Forever Sunshine is one of my favorite fragrances year-round, but it truly shines in summertime.
Bath & Body Works describes the scent as “a warm embrace of juicy tangerine, pink peonies, creamy sandalwood, and a touch of sweet praline.” To me, Forever Sunshine reads as a rich caramel with a subtle fruity note. I was hooked the first time I smelled it in the store.
It manages to smell indulgent without becoming cloyingly sweet, which is why I keep coming back. I’m already on my second shower gel and body mist.
My only complaint is that the scent doesn’t last as long as I’d like. To extend the fragrance, I layer products—shower gel, body mist, and lotion on the same day—to build longevity and depth.
Forever Sunshine also works as a good dupe for Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture. Viva La Juicy leans a bit more fruity and floral and is slightly less sweet, so I personally prefer Forever Sunshine for its sweeter, caramel-like warmth.
