Per serving:
- 2 Weetbix
- 82 ml milk of choice
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 30 g protein powder (blueberry or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 50 g fresh or frozen blueberries
Method:
- Crush Weetbix into a shallow jar or container, pour over the milk and press into an even base.
- Whisk Greek yoghurt with protein powder and lemon juice until smooth; add a splash of milk if it’s too thick.
- Spread the yoghurt mixture over the Weetbix base and top with blueberries, pressing a few into the layer.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Serve cold for a creamy, protein-rich breakfast.
Lunch: Viral Hot Honey Beef and Sweet Potato Bowls
These bowls balance savoury spiced beef with roasted sweet potato, creamy cottage cheese and avocado. A drizzle of hot honey (or honey with chilli flakes) adds the finishing touch.

Ingredients:
- 750 g lean beef mince
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, chopped
- Olive oil and salt for roasting
- Steak-and-chops seasoning or favourite spice blend
- 200 g cottage cheese (50 g per serving)
- 2 avocados, halved
- Hot honey or honey plus a pinch of chilli flakes
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). Toss sweet potato chunks with olive oil and salt, spread on a lined tray and roast for 30–40 minutes until golden, flipping once.
- Meanwhile, brown the beef mince in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Season the beef, finish cooking until slightly crispy and divide the mince and sweet potatoes between four containers.
- When serving, add 50 g cottage cheese, half an avocado and a drizzle of hot honey or honey with chilli flakes. Serve warm or cold.
Dinner: Creamy Cheese Mushroom Orzo with Chicken
A comforting, creamy orzo packed with mushrooms, cheese and sliced chicken. It reheats well, making it ideal for meal prep.

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts (about 600 g raw)
- Salt and black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
- 400 g mushrooms, sliced
- 300 g orzo (uncooked)
- 700 ml low-sodium chicken stock
- 250 g smooth low-fat cottage cheese
- 60 g grated parmesan
- 1 tsp dried herbs (thyme, oregano or Italian mix)
- Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
- 2 handfuls baby spinach (optional)
Method:
- Season and cook chicken: pan-fry in a drizzle of olive oil for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, or air-fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping once. Rest and slice.
- Sauté garlic (if using) then mushrooms in a large pan until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
- Add orzo and toast for 1–2 minutes, then pour in the stock and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring until the orzo is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Stir through cottage cheese and parmesan until creamy, add spinach and sliced chicken, wilt the greens, finish with lemon juice and adjust seasoning. Divide into four portions.

How to Make All Three Recipes in One Hour
This workflow yields 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 4 dinners, each day delivering satisfying macros and simple reheating. Follow the steps below for an efficient cook-up.
What you’ll need
- Oven
- Air fryer or stovetop pan
- 2 stovetop burners
- Mixing bowls, containers and chopping board
- Measuring scale or jug
- Non-stick pan or pot for orzo
- Large tray for sweet potatoes
Step 1: Prep and roast sweet potatoes (0–5 min)
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Cube 4 medium sweet potatoes (leave skins on for fibre), toss with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Roast on a lined tray for 35–40 minutes, flipping once. Continue with the next steps while they roast.
Step 2: Cook the beef mince (5–10 min)
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and brown 750 g lean beef mince, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Season with your favourite spice blend and cook until slightly crispy. Set aside in containers when ready.
Step 3: Start the orzo (10–15 min)
- In a second large pan, sauté garlic (optional) and 400 g mushrooms until browned (6–8 minutes).
- Add 300 g orzo, toast briefly, then add 700 ml chicken stock and simmer for about 10 minutes until tender.
Step 4: Cook the chicken (15–30 min)
- Season 4 chicken breasts and air-fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping once, or pan-fry 5–7 minutes per side.
- Let rest, then slice.
Step 5: Finish the orzo (30–35 min)
- When orzo is tender, stir in 250 g cottage cheese, 60 g parmesan and 2 handfuls of spinach. Finish with lemon juice and seasoning.
- Divide into four containers and top with sliced chicken.
Step 6: Assemble the beef bowls (35–45 min)
- Divide roasted sweet potato and cooked mince into four containers.
- When serving, add 50 g cottage cheese, half an avocado and a drizzle of hot honey or honey with chilli flakes.

- In four containers, crush 2 Weetbix per portion and pour over 82 ml milk each to form a base.
- Mix per portion: 100 g Greek yoghurt, 30 g protein powder and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Spread over the base.
- Top each jar with 50 g blueberries, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 8: Clean up and store (55–60 min)
- Allow hot dishes to cool slightly before sealing containers.
