I’m heading to Toronto, Canada to catch an NBA game — the Raptors vs. the Trail Blazers on April 3, 2025. Of course I’m cheering for the Raptors: my son played high school basketball with two of their players! I’ll be sharing a travel vlog after the trip to highlight the best spots I visited across Toronto, so stay tuned.
One of the most intriguing things I’ve heard about Canada is the national affection for ketchup-flavored chips. As a lifelong Floridian, ketchup chips were mostly a curiosity to me — popular in Canada but rarely seen where I live. I decided to recreate that iconic flavor at home by seasoning kettle chips to taste like ketchup and pairing them with a savory, cheesy dip. The result is addictive: imagine Big Mac flavors meeting creamy beer-cheese style dip. After one batch you’ll understand why our Canadian neighbors love ketchup chips so much. Ready to party? Let’s go!

I absolutely love this ONECCI Rectangular Ceramic Casserole Baking Dish Set — it’s oven-safe to 500°F, microwave and dishwasher safe, and the colors and pattern are beautiful.
