I recently received bakeware from 360 Bakeware and the first items I tested were their baking sheets. A friend has recommended these for a long time, and after trying them I can see why she raves about them.
The sheets are easy to clean and work great with parchment paper, which makes cleanup even simpler. The even heating is impressive—cookies bake uniformly and come out the same size every time. I used the sheet to make DoubleTree Hotel Copycat chocolate chip cookies, and the results were excellent. The pan does get very hot, so be sure to use a good potholder. I’m excited to try the other pieces that arrived.
Other advantages include a lifetime warranty and construction that resists warping. The consistent heat distribution helps ensure baked goods turn out as expected.
I also appreciate how thin the bakeware is—each piece stores neatly upright in a bottom cabinet, saving space in my kitchen.
